Refund policy

AS WE ARE A NEW, PRIMARILY SMALL-BATCH COMPANY, WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY FOR UNWORN ITEMS IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING. SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. CUSTOMERS CAN REQUEST A REFUND (MINUS A $6 RESTOCKING FEE) OR STORE CREDIT AT NO COST. EACH BOX WILL BE HAND PACKED AND INSPECTED PRIOR TO SHIPPING. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For defective or damaged items, we provide prepaid return labels.
